Much more value for money than we expected... lovely room with a view of Santa Maria Magiore bell tower, comfortable beds and very well equipped with all you might need. There is a coffee machine with a selection of hot beverages in the room as well as a small fridge. There is also a common kitchen with a dining area where you can prepare and enjoy your meals and a large fridge where you can also keep your food. Everything was very clean and tidy, rooms attended to on a daily basis and taken care of. When we booked a room there was no option of breakfast, but every morning they hang a bag with a freshly baked pastry on the door knob for each guest. They also left dome fruit yoghurts and bottled water in the fridge and some biscuits and savoury nibbles on the coffee table. The staff were just wonderful...friendly, polite, welcoming and very responsive...we felt at home. The receptionist kindly explained to us all the details and showed us around and the cleaning lady was amazing...helpful and hospitable...greeting us with a big and genuine smile, inviting us to choose our pastries from the selection she was going to pack for the guests, but saw us leaving the room before she got around to it. They really tdke care of their guests with lots of attention to details. I read in some of the previous reviews that the place was difficult to find, but that wasn't our experience. The inn is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a building and it is easy to find on the map, even there is no big sign outside. Once you enter the building, there is a receptionist (not the hotel one, but general) who points you in the right direction. There is an elevator big enough for four persons. They do not have a 24 hour reception, so you get your set of 3 keys (room, floor and front door) to keep with you till the end of your stay.

Great location, clean and spacious room, very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, tea, snacks available in the room. Coffee and tea available in the shared kitchen as well. Fresh and delicious pastry delivered every morning. Toiletries available in the bathroom. Check in available from 1pm, luggage storage if needed. I got a free upgrade which was amazing. I could hear the traffic from the main street but was able to sleep without any problems when used the earplugs. Also, I'm a light sleeper so it might not bother some people at all. Overall, I'd stay in this hotel again. And I'd give it more than 2 stars!

Perfect place in a rather good location. Termini station and Metro just around the corner. Antique Rome attractions within a walking distance (eg.Colloseum-15 min walk). We got a beautiful, cosy room od the second floor with a city view. Everything was fantastic. Comfortable bed and and pillows, fresh towels, clean bathroom. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Sweet italian snacks served to your room for breakfast. Tea or coffee available whenever you want in the kitchen.

The property is very centrally located, 2 minutes' walk from Vittorio Emanuel underground station. 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The room is clean and has everything you may need. There is a kitchen for shared use. It is a very kind gesture that they hang croissants and doughnuts on the door for breakfast every morning, ın addition, Yoghurt water and drinks in the fridge were offered and replenished every day. Air condition, TV everything was working as it should.

This is a lovely little Inn close to the train station. Spotlessly clean with a beautiful view of Santa Maria Maggiore. The best part of our stay was being treated to little extras like free drinks, yogurts, cookies, crackers and baked goods every morning as well as having a cute little kitchen/sitting area where we could help ourselves to coffee and tea or sit and read a book. The only negative was the traffic noise from outside but it did not impact our stay.
